Aaron Jackson started working in a vineyard at age 15.  He made his first commercial wine at 18.  An undergraduate degree from Cal Poly and a master's in oenology from the University of South Australia in Adelaide followed.  He then added two years at the famous Saxum Vineyards to his resume (Saxum made the Wine Spectator's #1 Wine of the Year in 2010).   He now has his own winery specializing in Petite Sirah and blends from the west side of Paso Robles.  Come and taste his portfolio of cuvees that evokes the best expression of Petite Sirah and the terrior of westside Paso Robles.  Aequorea is Aaron's other brand which focuses on single vineyard Pinot Noirs and aromatic whites from cool climate vineyards that are no more than six miles from the ocean.
