| The California Wine Merchant is owned and operated by Greg & Deborah O’Flynn. Greg was born and raised in San Francisco. He attended St. Ignatius High School and Saint Mary’s College. It was at Saint Mary’s that Greg really became interested in wine. He opened the California Wine Merchant in 1974. Deborah O’Flynn was born in Canada. She moved to San Francisco in 1988 to study acting. Greg and Deborah met in the Fall of 1988 and Deborah joined the business in 1989. They were married in 1990. Their daughter Chelsea was born in 1993 and their son Riley was born in 1995. They currently live in Kentfield in Marin County. |  |
